IDMANN Institute provides training in professional development and technical entrepreneurship through our College of General Studies and the School of Experiential Learning, respectively. We also provide secondary and pre-secondary tutorial services through IDMANN Academy. All our courses are offered online in live sessions with seasoned instructors. As the demand for our services has grown, we are looking to hire a Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Manager. This role oversees the administrative and institutional functions of the organization. Internally, this position oversees the administrative team. Externally, it ensures compliance with relevant state regulations and requirements in the delivery of our tutorial services.
Successful candidates will be expected to have experience running (or supporting the running of) an educational or tutorial establishment. He/she will be expected to bring first-hand knowledge of the nuances of running a training and human capital development operation, in addition to the core administrative and business development skills needed to drive the non-tutorial activities of the organization. This position reports directly to the Chief of Staff.
The ideal candidate will have most, if not all of the following:
a) First-hand experience running an educational or training organization.
b) Ability to drive the internal functions as well as interface effectively and seamlessly with external partners and regulatory agencies.
c) Ability to lead, coach, and motivate the non-tutorial staff in the organization to even greater heights.
d) Demonstrated ability to lead a geographically disperse (virtual) team would be a significant advantage.
e) Prior (or current) experience as a teacher, instructor, or practice supervisor/manager.
f) Prior experience teaching or learning using an online platform. (This would be very helpful.)
