Job Detail: Associate Director, Professional Development Training

IDMANN Institute provides personal development, professional advancement and technical entrepreneurship training in support of post-secondary students and working professionals, via our class-leading online platform. The College of General Studies (CGS) focuses on professional development and up-skilling, while the School of Experiential Learning (SEL) runs a select number of programs that are meant to materialize in near-term entrepreneurship upon completion. IDMANN Institute has always been an online institution with the distinction of providing live instruction only. ALL our courses are taught by highly qualified instructors in real-time interaction with students.

As our programs grow rapidly, IDMANN Institute is looking for an Associate Director, Professional Development Training, to support our efforts in providing affordable, world-class professional development training. The Associate Director will be responsible for the tutorial and pedagogical quality of our professional development programs at the College of General Studies. This position will include operational support of all programs, and will be responsible for instructional design as well as monitoring and evaluation of the programs in CGS.

• Successful applicants should expect to be engaged approximately 25-30 hours per week initially, with increasing responsibility and workload over time.
• We expect applicants to have hands-on familiarity with instructional design and delivery of vocational training programs.
• Applicants are expected to be experienced professionals who will bring a career-focused sensibility to the delivery and expansion of programs in CGS.
• Prior experience teaching online or familiarity with an online teaching engagement would be very helpful in this position.
